SHEDOVA Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SHEDOVA. Below is our complete shipping policy for Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Victoria, Australia fulfilment centre.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate, 3–7 business days Australia-wide
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $99 AUD, automatically applied at checkout
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days to most metro areas)

Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

International Shipping

At launch SHEDOVA ships within Australia only. International shipping is rolling out in 2026. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping is available in your country.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive on time, delivery can occasionally be impacted by weather, courier delays or seasonal volumes. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email support@shedova.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact support@shedova.com within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue with a free replacement or refund.
