Yes. SHEDOVA is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals. Most of our formulas are vegan-friendly — see each product page for full ingredient transparency.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate within Australia, with free shipping automatically applied on all orders over $99 AUD.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days Australia-wide via our trusted courier partners.

Do you ship internationally?
At launch SHEDOVA ships within Australia. International shipping is rolling out in 2026 — sign up to our newsletter to be notified first.

Returns & Refunds

What is the returns policy?
SHEDOVA offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products. If you're not happy with your order, email support@shedova.com within 30 days of delivery for a return label.

What if my product arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email support@shedova.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement immediately.

Are SHEDOVA products dermatologically tested?
Yes. Every SHEDOVA formula is dermatologically tested and made with skin-safe ingredients. We always recommend a 24-hour patch test on the inner forearm before first full application.

Can men use SHEDOVA?
Absolutely. SHEDOVA is made for everyone. The Grow Hair Oil is especially popular with men, and the skincare range is suitable for all skin types.

Are SHEDOVA products safe during pregnancy?
Most ingredients in our range are pregnancy-safe, but we always recommend checking with your GP or obstetrician before introducing any new actives during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
SHEDOVA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments and SSL encryption.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email support@shedova.com immediately and we will help with changes or cancellation. Once dispatched, please follow the 30-day returns process.

Do you offer wholesale?
